Dispute desk

Dear Customer,

As part of BT’s customer satisfaction enhancement, we have the pleasure to announce the launch of our Invoice Dispute Desk. The BT Dispute Desk will support you in speeding up the resolution of any dispute associated with your invoice.

May we therefore ask you to record all your invoice disputes at the BT Invoice Dispute Desk contact references as described below:

The BT Invoice Dispute Desk will first of all validate and record your dispute, provide you with a ticket number for further reference, ensure follow-up until resolution and will keep you informed on a regular basis.

We kindly remind you that your dispute needs to be submitted as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date of invoice in accordance with BT’s standard Terms and Conditions, unless we have agreed otherwise. This notification is to be submitted in writing to BT’s invoice Dispute Desk together with all information relevant to the dispute, including the invoice and account numbers, circuit/ service identification and an explanation of the amount disputed and associated reasons.

Please be advised that all undisputed invoices as well as any undisputed amounts of any disputed invoices must be paid in accordance with the invoice due date. BT will start charging interests from the due date on any undisputed invoices for which payment is withheld and this will be charged on a following invoice.

With this new single desk process, we trust that the disputes can be resolved more quickly and efficiently to the benefit of both parties.
